Mistystix are dryice swizzle sticks that create a misty fog effect in beverages. By loading our capsules with dryice, Mistystix can be safely added to beverages and delight your guests with a fun visual experience. Enjoyed by all ages, Mistystix are great for restaurants, hotels, resorts, caterers, bars and night clubs. A sure way to put a smile on a face, Mistystix are the last touch that will increase the allure of the drinks you serve.

Dryice

Dryice is extremely cold at −78.5 °C (−109.3 °F). This is cold enough to cause frostbite and requires safety precautions. Staff should be trained to handle dryice with care and to always securely close Mistystix capsules before serving to guests. Food-grade dryice pellets are available in most cities, and can be purchased inexpensively. One pound of dryice pellets can be enough to serve about 100 drinks. The challenge is that dryice sublimates (disappears) at a rate of five to ten pounds every 24 hours in a cooler. Results vary. This means it's important to have dryice delivered as close as possible to the time of use.
